Thea Rechner and Devon Atkins
Near and Far
Near and Far explores the way in which phenomena of proximity, of nearness, and the experience of ‘far-ness’, of the horizon of the future are framed in human perception. Here, Thea Rechner and Devon Atkins approach the question of presence and duration through different material practices that share an interest in qualities of light and reflection. Together, their work problematises the space of perception that is bound up in time present, time past, and time future.
